Welcome to Babiyo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it. Required for Meta Ads lead-generation compliance.

2. Data Collection (Meta Compliance)

What we collect: Full Name and WhatsApp number (Indian 10-digit mobile).

Purpose: Collected solely for the private-beta waitlist and product updates — i.e. to WhatsApp you when a slot opens for your chosen Silver/Gold plan. We do not collect location, photos, birth details, or any other data on this landing page.

3. No Spam Guarantee — We Never Sell Data

We will not sell, rent, trade, or share your Name or WhatsApp number with third parties for marketing. You will only hear from Babiyo about your waitlist spot and relevant product updates. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.

4. Cookies & Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure PageView (page load) and Lead (successful waitlist signup) events to optimize our ads. Meta may process this per its own policy. You can block cookies/pixels in your browser; the page still works.

5. Data Storage & Security

Waitlist entries are forwarded via our form provider (e.g. Formspree/Web3Forms) into a private Google Sheet with restricted access, plus appropriate technical safeguards. No method is 100% secure, but we limit access to the founding team only.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist entry anytime by emailing support@babiyo.com from your WhatsApp number. We will respond within 7 days.
